Obituary
Stephen Michael Koty Sr., 72, of Industry, died unexpectedly on Monday, December 26, 2022, at Allegheny General Hospital.
Born September 9, 1950, in Sewickley, he was the son of the late Steve and Veronica Theresa Zajac Koty. He was an Ambridge Area High School graduate of 1968 and a Western PA Institute of Technology Inc. graduate of 1969. Stephen was a beloved father, whose children love him and will miss him dearly.
Surviving are his three children, Stephen Michael Koty Jr., and his wife, Channon, Samantha Mae Koty, and Sandra Michelle Koty, and her husband, J. B. McGauhey; sister, Susan Vogan; three grandchildren, Sylvia Boughter, Seth Koty, and Elena Koty; and two great-grandchildren, Tobias, and Mae.
As per the family's wishes, all services were private.
