George Shuflay

George J. Shuflay, 66, of Ambridge, died Saturday, July 1, 2023, at his residence.

Born on March 4, 1957, in Sewickley, George was the son of the late George and Dorothy Swain Shuflay. He spent the majority of his life as a Master Certified Auto Technician, but he was a jack of all trades. George enjoyed spending time tinkering with different things and building his own guns. He also had an appreciation for cars and loved to go fishing and hunting.

George is survived by his loving wife, Sharon McKee Shuflay; son, Matthew (Nicole Paich) Shuflay; daughter, Melanie (Jarett) Svihra; two sisters, Rita (Dan) Futato. and Susan (Eugene) Tuffs; sister-in-law, Tammie (Dan) Revelant; brother-in-law, Roger McKee; four grandchildren, Talon and Aria Svihra, and Gabby and Dominik Shuflay; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will be received Wednesday, from 12 PM until the time of service at 2 PM in the CORLESS-MATTER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, LLC, 1133 Church Street Ambridge, PA 15003.
