Alyssa Corless is the owner and supervisor of Corless-Matter Funeral Home. She is a lifelong resident of Beaver County. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from California University of Pennsylvania then continued to the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science where she obtained an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology in 2014. She became a licensed funeral director in January of 2016. She now resides in Ambridge.

Alyssa is a lifelong and active member of the Chippewa United Methodist Church. She is a board member of the Gary Blum Memorial 5k Charity and a Vice President of the Chippewa Area Lions Club. Alyssa has spent several weeks each summer, for the last ten years, as a counselor of youth adventure camps at Jumonville.
